The Mandela Washington Fellows Association of Ghana (MWFAG)has promised further collaborations with Kpando on a number of fronts including health, Youth Development and Leadership.

They made the promise when they held their 10th Anniversary Impact Project 2024 at the Kpando Senior High School, Kpando in collaboration with other non-profits including the Smart Women Alliance (SWA) and Indie Educational Initiative.

They used the opportunity to educate students on critical thinking skills, Teenage Pregnancies and Sexually Transmitted Infections.

Akpinifia Dagadu IX was there with some of his Chiefs, Elders and Queenmothers to open the forum.

The Tagbotor family in an effort to give back to Kpando renovated the EP Church cemetery and undertook a health screening and medication exercise last weekend in Kpando.

The family later paid a visit to Akpinifia at his residence to pledge their commitment to Kpando's development.

Akpinifia Okpekpewuokpe Dagadu IX, praised them and encouraged other well placed personalities and families to emulate the positive gesture.

Our development will be accelerated when sons and daughters of the land decide to take the initiative to being good things home.

Through the ingenuity of some sons of the land, managers of two entities; MASAI Group and INSP visited the Chiefs and people of the Akpini Traditional Area to see the place and then determine possible areas of development cooperation.

They have promised to deliver a number of water treatment projects for various communities as part of their work in Kpando.

We ask all that we hold sacred to give life to their good intentions and bless all involved.
