Hon. David Theophilus Dominic Vondee, the MP for the NDC in the Twifo Ati Morkwa constituency, has just entered the collation center at Twifo Praso. Many NDC supporters have been jubilating around the center for the past three hours.
The final results for both the parliamentary and presidential elections are yet to be declared, as collation is still ongoing at the center.

Because of the rain, the Presiding Officer, in consultation with the agents, decided to move the sorting and counting inside a room. However, concerns were raised about this decision, prompting the Electoral Commission (EC) to order that the process be moved back outside to ensure transparency.
The rain has damaged some ballot papers, which are now wet and risk tearing during handling.
