Check your scalp products for sulphates, fragrances, preservatives, and dyes. 2. Find alternative products that are easily accessible. 3. Incorporate scalp massages into your routine, mixing extra virgin olive oil with peppermint essential oil for scalp massage three to five times a week. 4. Ensure your scalp is clean during wash days, and avoid product buildup by using oils on your scalp instead of creams.

This is largely attributed to the inclination to follow popular trends and influencers, who may have limited experience with a particular product, thus rendering it challenging to make informed decisions.

In my experience, I have avoided using numerous hair products, preferring straightforward products and techniques that have proven effective and yielded favorable outcomes. Before introducing a new product, I conduct rigorous research on its ingredients. Once satisfied with its potential benefits, I allocate 3 to 6 months to evaluate its effects on my hair growth. This methodical approach has informed my product choices throughout my hair care journey. If a product does not demonstrate anticipated results within 3 months, I eliminate it from my routine and refrain from using it.
