Afrose Jahan Chaity brings a wealth of experience to her new position. She is an esteemed international award-winning independent investigative journalist, fact-checker, communication specialist, and AI researcher.
Afrose is a leader in covering early childhood development and a former International Center for Journalists (ICFJ) fellow, Global Investigative Journalism Network fellow, and Berliner Scholar for Empowering Journalists at Digital Field by the Reporter Reporter ohne Grenzen.
Her stories have been featured in prominent international and regional news outlets such as Internationale Politik, Al Jazeera English, SRF - Schweizer Radio und Fernsehen, Beobachter, The Correspondent, openDemocracy, Scrollin Media, Dhaka Tribune, including winning the Swiss Press Award in 2021.

Her journey has taken her to more than 52 countries, where she has expertly bridged cultural divides, leading large-scale international initiatives with a blend of strategic insight and integrity.
As the CEO and Founder of Bonova Advisory Inc. in New York, Breana has steered the firm to remarkable achievements in regulatory compliance, risk management, and digital transformation for a diverse portfolio of clients including large banks, fintech companies, and Public Sector agencies. Her visionary leadership has not only driven the firm’s growth but also fostered an inclusive and dynamic workplace culture.
