We aware that there are unfortunately problems listening to us within the hospital and that it is currently only possible to listen to us via the internet. As we are not on the patients bedside TV’s.

We are truly sorry about this but this is totally down to HSC. They replaced the old system and didn’t think to include us on the replacement. Since we became aware of this we have been trying to liaise with them to get back on the TV’s.

Some work has been done in this area and hopefully this will continue.

Since 1978 when Jubilee Hospital Radio began broadcasting we have always been there the patients in the PEH. Of course with the internet stream we welcome those who listen in from outside. However our priority remains those in the hospital and we hope it won’t be long before we can return to patient bedside TV’s.

Today marks 46 years since Jubilee Radio went on the air. Tonight at 7pm we will replay our first ever show.
