Ysbyty Ystrad FM is an on-demand community radio service, with interviews, podcasts, music shows and local stories around Caerphilly Borough

Patients can access the free service at itsyyfm.com and www.yyfm.org using their own device, or by listen through a tablet, which can be provided on any of the wards. Content available will include hospital messaging, music, interviews, news summaries, documentaries and dramas.

A Welsh care home is calling for people to send Christmas cards for their residents and staff. ♥️🎄

Home Manager Sharon Roberts says a card is a small gesture, but would have such a positive impact "providing residents with a great sense of warmth, support, and togetherness"
