Do I have any mountain bikers among my friends? I'm building a bike with Ethan over the summer hols, a hardtail, won't be doing anything too crazy on it, is it better to go 1x10 or stick with a 3x8? I'm thinking the 1 could be better but not sure, any advice would be great. Cheers

I have this thing going on currently around playing small, not owning who I am, and it's causing major conflict internally. We either embrace who we truly are and what we're capable of or we hide away and live a life of someone else. We are all better than others at some things but we stop telling ourselves that because we don't like to upset people.

I am able to do amazing things and I can help so many people! But I'm holding myself back from fully showing that side of me.

There is a part of me that is scared to express myself, stepping up and standing out for all to see is a very risky thing to do. Often what I am doing is directly against large internal belief systems or the collective as a whole because we must "know our place" in the world, people like me don't stand up and make a difference.....do we?
I don't want to be seen as some sort of guru because I'm not, however I know I can change people's lives for the better so do I let my authentic true "me" out or do I hide back in the collective hive and fade away...........

If you've made it this far I thank you for reading it all and if you saw my last post about "FOOF" you'll probably already know that I will not be hiding in the crowd anymore, life is too short, I'm here to change lives and that is what I'll do for as long as I possibly can.
