But, we've enjoyed seeing 100s of school leavers enjoying themselves altogether for one very last time at Haselbury Mill

Bit late sharing this!
Packed venue when Crewkerne Boxing Club put on their annual event at Haselbury Mill
I've got to hand it to the organisers from Larry and his team for putting on 22, yes 22 continuous fights to this full house!
The atmosphere was electric so well done to them and all that competed 🙌🙌🙌🥊🥊🥊
It was pretty darn awesome to be part of again 👏

Back at the to celebrate the marriage of Russ and Clare ❤️
Music was mainly 90s and 00s dance and Trance as requested by the B&G.

This is another venue we have played at for years and have become good friends with the owners, and family.
Go and check them out if you're looking for a romantic break or a quiet meal for 2, their food is top notch 😊

For small intimate weddings this venue is hard to beat ❤️

Ahead of the Wedding Fayre being held at Haselbury Mill tomorrow we're sharing this video to show what an amazing venue this is with a great atmosphere!
We do quite a few all day weddings here supplying music from the ceremony right through to the evenings entertainment.

Installing sound, lighting and effects making it a little different to what you'd expect at a wedding!

Our goal is making the day fun by playing music that appeals to all allowing you and your guests to let their hair down, right to the very last song!

To all those who attended Sarah and Steve's wedding yesterday at Haselbury Mill....
The first dance was meant to go like that! 😉😂

Congratulations to them both on their big day!
Sarah and Steve asked if I could play half of an acoustic version of Shut Up & Dance performed by Jada Facer and then stutter the music pretending my DJ system had froze, broke etc and then play the original upbeat version by Walk The Moon!

I did just that, but I was too convincing apparently! A lot of boo's and someone shouting 'get a proper DJ' 😂
Even Sarah and Steve were convinced I had a serious fault!

Anyway, when the WTM version came on, Spark machines ignited, the whole room cheered and sang along!

Mission complete!
(Even the venue staff were convinced I screwed up, and they know me very well!)

My motto has always been.
If you're going to do something, do it right 😉😁

Steve demanded a big hug at the end of the night and said it was brilliant 😊

The annual Opera in Oborne and Opera In The Park completed!

Each year we provide lighting and a bit of visual equipment for the event which is held in St Cuthberts Chuch in Oborne, this is for the Friday and Saturday.

Today (Sunday) we provided the audio for the park just across the road from the church.

If you're into your Opera, please check this event out.
A lot of work goes into it, and every year, it's a sell out!
The weather stayed good today, and the park was packed 😁

Congratulations Suzi & Steve!
A very relaxed day providing ceremony music and Show 1 disco set up for the evening.
What stood out the most was the 4 bridesmaids dresses and Suzi's silver glitter shoes with 4 different coloured soles! Sounds random but the colour scheme was brilliant!

The last time I played at Old Bridge- Wedding Reception & Special Occasions was in 2018, but the owners remember it well!
It's a beautiful venue, everything you need for your wedding with fantastic gardens to capture the magic moments of your big day!

A big shout out to Photosbyjim.
I've worked alongside this guy for many years.
It'll be sad not seeing him as often as he's reducing the amount of weddings and looking at retirement.
His photos are not the norm, he's talented and very creative and with that he mixes with his guests and creates a bond allowing him to be part of your day. Not just a guy with a camera bullying people into shots.
You don't see many photographers like this nowadays. Good luck Jim 😉

Congratulations Harry & Ellie!
What a great couple they are and along with their friends and family they partied hard right to the end!

New venue for us, Priston Mill nr Bath.
Stunning location, go check it out. Chris the coordinator was spot on making sure everything ran smoothly 🙌

Great to catch up with Ellies sister Vicki and her hubby David from back in 2020 when we provided our all day music service at another Mill!

This was taken just before they came into the Tithe Barn Haselbury Mill to sit for their meal and then onto dancing.
We've never heard the venue get so loud with singing and also cheers when they saw themselves or photos of their friends being shown on the big screen! 🙉

Ready to roll for the Gardens Group party night at The Grange at Oborne

Probably the smallest set up we've done for a long time but scattered some Uplighters around the venue in pastel colours to match the flowers on the tables, and to make them feel like they're at work! 😬 😁🥰

Congratulations Christine and Joe on your marriage yesterday!

A couple of photos and a video of the Navy guys doing a workout! 😁

Music was based on a mixture of Christine and Joe's playlist and also a few selected by guests.

Along with Essential Events Hire trees we installed our uplighters set to warm white to give the Tithe Barn at Haselbury Mill a lovely glow!
The uplighting picks out the ham stone wall on one side and gives the white walls a halogen wash. It certainly changed the look of this venue 🥰
