In a remarkable demonstration of resilience and determination, Martin Hilton, an aortic dissection survivor and now an aortic athlete, along with his wife Fiona, will embark on a challenging through-hike of the South West Coast Path. Starting in Minehead in August, the couple will walk over 47 consecutive days, concluding their journey in Poole in late September.
