This is so important for interviews. What are your hobbies and interests? This is such a common question in interviews and too often it is not taken seriously enough. A large part of the interview is charming the interviewer. What better way to do that than to talk about something you are authentically passionate about. And it doesn’t matter what it is! As long as you are authentic and don’t ramble it is an incredibly effective way to engage your interviewer. Also treat it like you treat any other question. ie Prepare for it. Have a great week ya legends.
Quick vid guys on job specs. Please excuse my attire! I get back from bootcamp and am full of energy!! 😊😊. Too many of you are ruling yourselves out of jobs because of inaccurate job specs. Legacy errors. Copy and pasting errors. Etc. If you genuinely think you can do the job and bring value, and the role and company excites you, put yourself forward. There is no harm. You have nothing to lose. We have one life. ☘️☘️😊😊
Video Introduction video :-)
Hello folks. This is a video to pre warn you of all the videos that are coming 😬😬😊😊🤩. Video is an efficient way to get my content out there. They won’t be polished. But they will be consistent. My goal is to provide value and give you an insight in to my way of thinking. #recruitment #finance #life #health I've said it previously on Facebook. Hard work, empathy and a willingness to learn are the three most important traits a recruiter can have. So I'm working hard on these videos and have a hell of a lot to learn. So please be empathetic to my camera naivety. 😊😊😊
