Home of course ❤️🇷🇴 Except home isn't always a place, sometimes it's the people you're surrounded by who open their arms with love to make you feel like you truly belong. 💙💛❤️ Sometimes home is a favourite dish that makes your stomach smile. 🍲 Sometimes home is the smell of a specific laundry detergent.💐 Sometimes home is a chaotic and confusing place, where you don't really know what's going on half the time, and everything seems unfamiliar... But still you feel a warmth in your heart and a confidence in your soul that tells you you're exactly where you're supposed to be, home. 🙏 🏡

As a long time sufferer of depression and anxiety I've learned many things on my journey to wellness. Perhaps the most important thing is that wellness is, in fact, a journey. Our mental states are always in flux, so I find it easier to think of wellness as a path rather than a fixed destination. Sometimes there are bumps along the path, sometimes even mountains may block the way, but depression and anxiety are things that can sometimes crop up but equally can always be overcome with the right tools and support, kind of like real mountains, one step at a time....
