Great news! Wallace and Gromit is back for Christmas day and Peter Kay joins the voice cast for Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl, airing on BBC One on the 25th December. Kay returns as Chief Inspector Mackintosh, with Ben Whitehead as Wallace.
The cast includes Lauren Patel, Reece Shearsmith, Diane Morgan, Adjoa Andoh, and Lenny Henry. The 70-minute film, featuring the return of the iconic Feathers McGraw, promises a thrilling holiday treat.

⚽Euros football being shown at GuilFest⚽

Euros football tent with a big screen (supplied by NonMech Scaffold & Construction Supplies) will be showing Euros football over the GuilFest weekend.

This includes🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿England🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 playing in the last 16 on Sunday 30th June at 5pm.

Also we have Tottenham Hotspurs and Guildford legend, David Howells, who will be in the literary tent (curated by The Fiery Bird) on Saturday 29th June for a Q&A session.

Music highlights include The Stranglers, Sam Ryder, Shaun Ryder’s Black Grape, Bez, Urban Cookie Collective and many more.

Our Story

Based at The Winston Churchill School, Radio Woking takes over from the popular school station Yay Radio, which has run for close to two years featuring some very talented students from the school. Unlike Yay Radio, Radio Woking will not only feature the schools student presenters but will also have presenters from the local community hosting a vast array of specialist programmes and features not heard on commercial or national radio – all with a real local flavour. Radio Woking is about giving you an alternative to the mainstream. It’s not trying to be something for everyone every minute of the day, it’s about listening to a show that interests you. Now hopefully many shows will find your interest across our broad selection of programmes. Students at The Winston Churchill School also present some ground breaking programmes. Some fantastic ideas have come from our students, and it is great to listen to their ideas and opinions on Woking and the world in their shows during the week after school. Radio Woking are here for the local community, in the local community, and we’re about giving students and young people the chance to be part of a real radio station. That’s The Radio Woking Way!
