Not anymore.

I can still wear all my nice clothes and actually feel good in them.
That’s because I now know how to eat right while still enjoying myself – no restriction, no misery.

When Kareena came along for her Wellness Evaluation, she told me something that really stayed with me.
She said this was her last attempt before taking drastic measures she had tried things before that were great to start but like with all Fads she soon got board.

I promised her she wouldn’t need to.
That we’d take things one step at a time, the right way — with support, structure, and belief.

And here we are. ✨
2 Years later Stronger. Healthier. More confident. More hopeful.
