Come with us behind the scenes as Amy takes us through our latest bts vid! Over the weekend we headed up to Audley End, a stunning English Heritage property with large grounds and gardens to lead a film crew capturing content for BBC Gardeners’ World Events Autumn Fair. Our third year in a row.
🎥Filming a range of content from piece to camera items with the talent like Adam Frost and Joe Swift, voxpops with visitors, exhibitors, workshop leads, sponsors and of course all the general b roll highlighting the fun atmosphere of the show.

🟩 Keeping pace at the palmer sport racetrack 🏎️🛞
As part of the @carswellgould collective RCM recently had the pleasure of shooting at an amazing UK racetrack and produce a collection of films for Comma. The films featured the mechanics and staff as well as the impressive fleet which highlighted the partnership with palmersport.
Their impressive fleet includes the BMW M4 Competition, Ginetta G56 sports car, an exclusive version of the Caterham Seven, F3000 single-seaters and JP-LM sports prototypes so plenty to shoot.
Certainly made for some epic drone shots both around the racetrack and the drone keeping pace with ED GOULD as he played the part of a racecar driver to a tee and our drone also captured weaving interior shots inside the warehouse to show the scale of the location and facilities and cars on show.

We’ve been working with the UK based technology SME with a mission to deliver the competitive edge in maritime technology.
The RCM team have been delivering a whole host of digital assets including video, photography and drone to highlight their journey and mission objectives to deliver what the market needs. We approach every commission with the creative and technical challenges in the same focused approach they take on with their processes.

🟩 A special ceremony at @uniwinchester captured on camera 🎥🎓
On the 5th June comedian and actor Hugh Dennis was installed as the new chancellor alongside two new Pro Chancellors Maggie Carver and Mohamad Bakhaty. The event took place at the West Downs Auditorium of the University and we captured full speeches, general highlights and interviews with Hugh and guests of the event.
Always something exciting going on at the University.

🟩 New case study film for @redshark_news & ASUS 🎬💻
Pleased to share our most recent RCM project with a rather special shooting location in London, regularly used for big Film and TV Productions.
The film showcases how members of London’s most exclusive private workspace, Knotel - Old Sessions House utilise state of the art ASUS technology in their workflow. With a focus on the ZenScreens we chose a beautiful large room with original interiors for our interviews and then had a run and gun approach with quick led lighting bar set up’s to highlight members in the variety of different areas around the building. Each space having it’s own unique style as a backdrop.

A very colourful event full of visitors enjoying their passion in life which we love to showcase with all the smiles…😀

🟩 A quick BTS journey of our week with School of Engineering, @uni_southampton 🎬
✨This week we’ve had an RCM film crew lighting up and shooting in some of the amazing state of the art spaces around the University and variety was certainly the name of the game! Although the spaces already looked great, we floated them up even more with some lighting touches and movements in the backdrops.
🎥Working with the marketing team with Michelle Jameson leading the way to organise everything together, the 13 films will be used to engage with year 12 students and deliver bite sized summary scripts of each subject area.

Filmmaking and media workshop at @winchestercollege in the sunshine 🎞️✂️💻🎥
Our creative director Robin enjoyed running a RCM workshop for 18 students at the local College today and pupils who have just finished their GCSE’s.
Running through topics including planning and production, shooting and editing the participants produced some brilliant films which focused around giving new starters some top tips and helpful advice on their first few weeks at Winchester.
Beautiful architecture to shoot the films in and the sun shining made the exterior shots perfect for some match cuts and funky transitions.

We recently worked with the team at Winchester School of Art to cover their fashion thinkers events with special guests from the industry speaking. Before each guest spoke on stage we captured a podcast session with them, capturing three angles to cut between and give the audience an insight into their worlds.

🟩🎤 Vox pops videos are growing in popularity 🎥
A voxpop is a short video with interview snippets with members of the public. They are very impactful for getting opinions, thoughts and feedback on certain topics. They can help spark a conversation about an important issue, which is exactly why The Environment Centre (tEC) team got in touch.
🔥 🌍 Heading to a Hampshire high street, we engaged with passersby to create a series of videos that tackle the important environmental issue that is woodburning to raise awareness on the day and socials too.
