🥃✨Behind the Scenes making a splash for a drinks brand!

When we're not busy with client projects, our video team loves to get creative and experiment!

This showreel features a fun mock-up drinks advert Carl Austin and Lily Clelland put together by playing around with props in the studio.

Inspired by the cut glass of an elegant bottle, they combined live-action footage with slick animations to craft an eye-catching promo. It was the perfect opportunity to flex their skills in brand films and corporate communications!

We absolutely loved producing this case study! Working with Zurich UK we were able to capture their dedication to their clients through a real-life story. Lily Clelland and Carl Austin produced the video capturing the essence of Sue's long COVID rehabilitation journey – from the comfort of her home to the expansive drone shots, every detail adds depth to her inspiring narrative.

Whilst interviews in our studio are great in so many ways, telling a story on location really increases the depth of story and audience engagement.

🎥Our production studio is bubbling with creativity as our creative video producer, Carl Austin, tests product shots using a fish tank to gear up for a luxury drink shoot 🍹

But behind the scenes, how does he add the magic?

A bit of red sharpie to colour in white spots on strawberries, a lot of cleaning surfaces, hose pipes, fish tanks and some gentle bubble blowing - all captured in slow motion!

Our refurbished studio provides the perfect canvas for Carl and Lily to work their magic.

With a recently refurbished spacious, studio, a photographic fish tank and our grid of Aputure Europe lights to create the perfect colour backdrop… we're ready to experiment and create the right backdrop for your next campaign.

The space can also be all yours for developing your own content with your own producers, (dry hire ).

🚀 First week back seems longer than a month ago! It shaped up to a frog-tastic 🐸 start to year, with exactly the jobs to demonstrate the range of what we do!

From live streams to pieces to camera, studio-based filming, and event coverage...we're doing it all!

We are working on a diverse client line-up from a renowned cruise company’s internal conference, a major insurance provider, a pharmaceutical health company to Live streaming from two awe-inspiring, heritage sites of worship.

It's been a time of change at Videofrog recently as we've welcomed Lily and Carl as our new Video Producers, taking care of projects from initial enquiry, right through to editing and publishing!

In April, after 10 years of dedicated work, we waved goodbye to Dom as he explores pastures new (although still in the world of video!)

Finally, Matt has stepped up into the role of Videofrog Manager, managing the team and overseeing all the moving parts.

Casting Call for a new project!

Videofrog are looking for two actors for a one day shoot in early June (date TBD)

The two actors will be presenting 8 x financial education videos videofrog is producing for a financial services client. Each 6 minute video will be fully scripted and delivered using a teleprompter (autocue). We are seeking actors rather than presenters because each of the roles will take on a loose character, categorised by their spending habits, to help illustrate some of the key messages in the videos. Experience reading autocue would be beneficial but not essential. Applicants must be smart/casual with a presentable appearance and have natural charisma.

The Roles
Male
20-50 years, presentable appearance, open to all ethnicities. Native R.P/home counties, London or Essex accent required.

Female
20-50 years, presentable appearance, open to all ethnicities. Native R.P/home counties, London or Essex accent required.

Shoot Location
The videos will be shot at our Videofrog Studio in Wi******er.

Wardrobe and Make-up
We will ask you to bring a selection of smart/casual clothing options from your own wardrobe; we will discuss this with you before the shoot.
A make-up artist will be on hand, but we ask you to come well-groomed for the camera.

Fee
£500 + travel, inclusive of image rights in perpetuity
