MPA Creative is the fruition of the original Motoring Press Agency established by Jonathan Gill and Jeremy Clarkson back in the Eighties. Set up to provide motoring editorial to the spiralling number of regional newspapers, MPA quickly evolved into one of the UK’s leading news agencies covering the fast moving worlds of both automotive and motor sport. MPA summer catch-up!

Over the past five weeks, the MPA team have been flat out during motorsport’s peak season.

Now that most of us are back at MPA House — or taking a much-needed break — it’s time to reflect on a very successful few weeks. To show just how busy we’ve been, here’s the list of events and activations MPA have been involved in:

This event wouldn’t have been possible without our amazing panellists and . We were also thrilled a large and engaged audiences travelled from across the UK to be with us last night.

Take a look at a few mega shots from the second round of the World Cup in Oslo.

MPA were on-site in the Norwegian capital to handle the PR, and it was fantastic to be a part of the event.

would come out on top, taking their first overall victory of the year. Stellar performances from both and secured enough points to overcome tough competition in the Oslo sun.

With the third round just around the corner, MPA can’t wait to see what will happen in the World Cup battle. Roll on Vollore-Montagne, France, for Round 3!

This has been a long time coming…

We are thrilled to congratulate Lando Norris on his maiden win at the Miami GP this weekend. He is a much-loved member of our extended Veloce and Quadrant family and it shows how hard work pays off in the end.

We are also touched by the tributes himself, Zak and McLaren made to our family member and shareholder, the late Gil de Ferran.

We have a feeling this win will be one of many!

MPA are back in the BTCC paddock 💪

After organising three successful car launches for Team BRISTOL STREET MOTORS, TOYOTA GAZOO Racing UK and Evans Halshaw Power Maxed Racing, the team are gearing up to support Kwik Fit for the 2024 season.

MPA attended both the official media days and the opening rounds of the championship at Donington Park over April. This included hosting over 50 VIP guests and coordinating dynamic social media content for Kwik Fit’s channels.

Next stop Brands Hatch 🚀

The news is out 👀 World Touring Car Champion Rob Huff has joined TOYOTA GAZOO Racing UK alongside Andrew Watson for the 2024 season.

MPA were on hand at the Toyota factory with Kwik Fit for the launch of the car and driver line up.

Front runner Carlos Sainz has been under pressure from a charging Sébastien Loeb and in the latest stage the gap closed to just 13’22.

We are devastated by the loss of our friend, brother and colleague, Gil. 
An incredible man inside and outside of the cockpit, we are not only mourning the death of a motorsport icon, but an irreplaceable member of the MPA family.  Gil leaves us with so many wonderful memories and will be sorely missed - may he rest in peace 🤍

What a wild ride that was! gave it everything this Extreme E season and their efforts were rewarded with a podium spot in the final standings. Despite the highs and low, Veloce remained title contenders right up to the last race weekend. Congratulations to the entire team, we know their sights are set on the top of the table next year 👀

Who said electric racing was boring?! ⚡️

Extreme E took its title fight right to the final round where we had five possible championship contenders. Chile was a fantastic host once again and of course well done to Rosberg X Racing for taking their hard-fought second series title. Watching the teams and drivers being pushed to the limits is what Extreme E is all about, bring on 2024!

A quick reflection on some of this weekend’s Motorsport highlights.

Team MPA had all hands-on deck for the 2023 BTCC finale at Brands Hatch. The team also kept a watchful eye on the World RX in South Africa and ROKiT British F4 Championship 👀.

Max Verstappen conquered in the heat of Qatar to seal his third successive F1 World Championship - matching the feat of Jack Brabham, Jackie Stewart, Niki Lauda, Nelson Piquet and Ayrton Senna 🏆.

Next stop 📍 Chile - Extreme E Season 3 finale.
