I was so excited when Paula joins the model team for this project. She’s such a strong, vibrant individual, a force to be reckon, and a beautiful human inside and outside. She was a perfect fit for the inspired project, and I loved planning her session.

I think the quote above is exactly how I see Zara. She’s strong and a true leader; unbreakable. And that’s only one of the reasons I was so excited about when she joined the model team for this project.

I’ll be a busy bee setting up my Artist of the Moment exhibition (organised by the wonderful Creations By Fina from Weston Artspace) at We Are Super in The Sovereign, Weston-super-Mare.
I’m so excited to show my newest collection and of course, to showcase older images from my The Mental Health Photographer project and The Mindful Monsters Collection.

Come and have a look at the preparation of my current project called Mucha and Me - inspired by the fantastic #artnouveau master, @alphonsemucha Alphonse Mucha, who is one of my all time favourite artists. Let me tell you about this particular image and how did I find love for it over and over again. For those, who aren’t familiar with my love-project called The Mental Health Photographer, this piece is called ‘S E L F - S A B O T A G E’. What made me fell in love with it again is the way it sabotaged its perfect look. When I brought it down to Weston Artspace, it was perfectly positioned into the middle of the frame but by the time it’s got to the wall, it slid to the bottom. Nice accident - fuelling the meaning. Hope you find your own meaning behind the mental health pieces, and that you enjoy my Mindful Monster, Joy; modelled by the wonderful Katie. :)
