Waves just turned TWO!

What started as two people quitting their “sensible” jobs has turned into a business we’re genuinely proud of - one that keeps us fuelled by caffeine, slightly addicted to Canva, and constantly excited by the projects we get to work on.

We’ve worked with brilliant clients, learned a lot along the way, and managed to survive year two with our sanity (mostly) intact.

Here’s to more growth, more creativity, and probably a few more bad puns about making waves 🌊

We're in!
After months of working from our living rooms and cafés, we finally have a space to call our own 💻🪴

Waves is now based in our brand new office right here on Mersea Island, and we couldn't be more excited to welcome clients, plan epic content, and grow this little biz that started as a big idea.

We’ve been so busy making waves for our clients that it’s taken us a while to shout about our own news, but here it is 🌊

Little update from your fave duo 👯‍♀️

If we’ve been a little quiet on here lately, it’s because life has been… life-ing.

Megan’s been recovering from some pretty brutal surgery (10/10 would not recommend a tonsillectomy as an adult), and Rosie snuck off for a much-needed family break in France.

Between the two of us, we’ve been tag-teaming the business - one of us resting, the other holding the fort, then swapping roles. It’s been a juggle, but we’re very proud to say waves has kept on waving 🌊⚡️

Now we’re both back in action, and ready to bring the energy into summer 😎

At the current rate, it’ll take until 2158 - that’s five generations - to achieve full gender parity. Nah, we’re not waiting that long. Women belong at the table, in the boardroom, at the forefront of innovation, and leading businesses (like ours 😉).
