Under my editorship, the Wembury Review is a rigorously independent publication. By applying sound journalistic principles, I have taken the Review into the top ten of the nation's parish magazines (out of 450 who entered). Maintaining the trust of you, the readers, is more important than anything else.
Here's page 3 of the August issue which will be published on Saturday.

Perhaps someone with a beers&spirits licence would like to book the village hall at the same time?
We could have a once-a-week pub night while the Odd Wheel is closed.

Great News!!!

A message from Wembury Church:

URGENT REQUEST FOR VOLUNTEERS

As you are all aware, we have four funerals at our church this week - Monday through to Thursday.
It is so icy - for safety reasons we really need to have a group of volunteers to grit the church car park, especially at the top near the archway entrance to the church.
We have all the salt etc. All you would need to bring is a shovel.

If there are any kind people out there willing to help with this please call Carol on
07394 170283

Thank you
Carol Steel
