The British Homing Workd Welshpool offices will close today at 11:30am.

We will open as normal at 9am on Monday 16th December.

It’s Friday and the British Homing World landed in shops across the UK overnight.

This is week 3 of it being available on the shelves and we have already had reports of people buying it this morning.

We would love you to share where you have been able to buy it, and also where you expected it but it was not there. We are rolling out this new way of buying the BHW but there will be little snags which we need to know about to fix.

All locations that have been recorded as receiving copies of the paper can be found at www.britishhomingworld.com

If it is not on show please ask at the counter as they will be able to order more in or get them in for the following week.

Newsagents need to know the demand is there which from reports so far, it is.

We now have an interactive map showing what stores will have the British Homing World on sale.

Simply go to www.britishhomingworld.com to view the map.

You can zoom in and see what shops are local to you that stock and sell the British Homing World.

Last week was the first week the Paper was available on the shelves and this week we see even more shops onboard.

Look out for it in a shop near you.!!!

If they are not on the shelves ask at the counter as they may have sold out and will need to order more for future weeks 👍

!!BREAKING NEWS!!

Due to an increased demand on the newsstand, we have taken the decision to place the British Homing World on the open Newsstand as of Friday 22nd November 2024. This will initially be in stores in over 270 postcode areas across the UK with the aim to increase this over the coming weeks and months.

We would love to hear from you if you see the paper in your local store.

We would like you to:
- Take a photo
- Write a post (Stating Location)
- Tag us and send us a MESSAGE us from our page and we will share your stories on our timeline.

So when you’re out shopping this weekend you may just see us, so why not pick one up and share your story.

A meeting of the RPRA Council will take place on Friday 25th October 2024 at the Leonardo Hotel, East Midlands Airport, from 9.00am. Members wishing to attend may do so, and will be most welcome.

We are starting to look at who to feature in the 2025 British Homing World Stud Book and we would like to get a wide spread of stories from arround the UK.

If you or someone you know has had an extra special season or would like to share your / their pigeon journey story please get in touch, it would be great to have a chat.

We are going to make this years book bigger and better and we want to celebrate all success in pigeons and not just those that are top of the sheet.
