A new FM radio station covering the North Somerset area is gearing up for its full-time launch.

DH1 (Digital Hits One) applied to Ofcom for an FM radio licence covering the North Somerset region in December 2018 and today (12th May 2020) received the news from the UK broadcast regulator OFCOM that the application had been successful.

The DH1 team are promising a truly LOCAL radio service, with local information, travel updates, along with regular announcements of local events in and around the area of North Somerset combined with great music 24 hours a day.
