⚠️ Minimise foot traffic on your lawn. Sometimes unavoidable, but avoid walking on your grass as much as possible when it is wet. Wet soil is far more susceptible to compaction.

Not the pretty lawns we're use to seeing, but the reality for many at the moment.

Due to the snow, frost and heavy rain fall many of us have experienced lately, lawns are becoming waterlogged.

⚠️ If your lawn is waterlogged, avoid walking on it as much as possible to prevent further damage.
👉 When conditions allow, use a garden fork to carefully spike the lawn. This will allow the surface water to disperse.
👉 Check all drains, soakaways and gullies and make sure they are not blocked.

Your lawn may still need aerating once the weather allows it, but a little care now will go a long way.
