Summer Sessions Wrapped!

We’ve officially wrapped up our summer delivery with two fantastic community partners – St. Hilda's East Community Centre and DABD in Dagenham.

Over the past weeks, young people have jumped into our Cadent Games Minecraft modules, exploring energy efficiency and carbon monoxide awareness in a hands-on, engaging way.

It’s been amazing to see players problem-solve, collaborate, and walk away with practical knowledge they can use in everyday life, all while having FUN.

For us, this is what it’s all about: delivering learning experiences that stick.

Energy Efficiency, the Playable Way

We’re thrilled that Cadent Games’ latest Minecraft module, ‘Energy Efficiency Awareness’ is now LIVE on the Cadent Games Hub!

Developed on behalf of Cadent, this interactive experience helps players learn practical tips on saving energy at home in a fun, engaging way.

We're proud to have delivered sessions last week at Wigan Youth Zone and DABD in London, where young people are diving into both energy efficiency and carbon monoxide awareness through our immersive games.

This week, Skewb Climate was proud to deliver Minecraft-based educational workshops on behalf of Cadent, bringing energy efficiency, home safety, and sustainability to life through play.

Using a custom Minecraft world designed for Cadent, children explored how small changes in the home can have a big impact, from spotting energy waste to preventing hazards.

10 days. Dozens of Minecraft shelters and bridges. Over 500 future engineers.

We’ve just wrapped an incredible summer delivery run with the Royal Air Force Youth Engagement Team, giving young minds a hands-on experience in disaster relief engineering through Minecraft.

Together with RAF STEM, Skewb Climate is helping shape the next generation of engineers and innovators, young people building STEM confidence through creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

From structural integrity to real-world scenarios, these sessions showed just how powerful gamified STEM learning can be.
