27 August 2023: Some changes were effected by UK Government on the 20 hour cap per week for extra work for those on a care skilled worker visa. Since February, skilled workers were allowed to work over 20 hours extra work as long as it was the same code as their main job but after 27 August, things are going back to the normal 20 hours per week.

Its one of the most convenient system used in most big shops in advanced countries. Self checkout services. Imagine you only have 2 or 3 items that you want to purchase and you approach the counter to pay but there are 3 or more people with filled trolleys.

I bet you, self service checkout plays a huge role in serving time but however, lets come back and look at still developing countries. Where will all the till operators go if we adopt this technology?

This shows we still have a lot to do in terms of creating employment as developing countries so that when technology takes over, we are able to have a balanced economy where everyone has something to do.
