So I’ve been procrastinating for ages this afternoon and it’s all been about my video; I uploaded it; then I deleted it; I uploaded then I deleted and so on. It was a very emotional video showing you how I felt and still feeling regarding my diagnosis of ADHD. So sorry for the delay. Perhaps tomorrow being a new day I will post it. I do hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend so far. Until recently it’s been epic with the family and then this 🤦‍♂️🫣🙃.

Tomorrow I will be uploading a video which is my reaction to being diagnosed with severe ADHD. If you haven’t seen it yet my previous video which was discussing my process to being diagnosed with ADHD I highly recommend you listen too as also has a great tip too. This is now pinned above with my introduction actually OUR page introduction.

I will also upload on Monday my video on my 1st appointment and then my most recent appointment with my psychiatrist. Please if you don’t want watch any I highly recommend you listen to my most recent appointment with my psychiatrist. Why? The information I was told is absolutely ridiculous and I will be sharing some of this with you on Monday.

I’m so lucky to have these amazing animals around me. I can tell you all these animals certainly help my ADHD; that’s a fact ❤️👍

Have to share this with you; I had conversation with my dad earlier.

Me: Dad what we’re just talking about please?

Dad: Are you actually being serious?

Me: Yes dad why you ask?

Dad : You’ve literally just asked me and told me about blah blah!!!

Me: Oh sorry dad. You know I’m bit crazy 🤦‍♂️😂❤️👍

Is anyone else like this?

This could quite easily ended up in an ADHD outburst and gone totally opposite way.

I’m sure lots of non ADHDers may think how stupid am I? What are you like? Cant believe you? Are you for real? List goes on… these are the typical type of reactions and the impact for us can be horrendous ❤️👍

My concentration levels are horrendous at times.

I’m wondering who else can relate to this please? ❤️👍

Let’s continue with our relationship with food.

Once again for those non-ADHDers you may think I’m absolutely bonkers and crazy well if you listen to my son may be I am.

This evening I’ve literally eat majority of my food standing up at home, it’s as if someone going to steal my food which I know won’t happen and then I’m eating it all at 100 mph. We had my family over too who were all waiting for me at the table.

Im now eating, eating, eating and eating so yes binge eating once again. It’s ridiculous as I’m not even hungry now and still demolishing food.

So lots of you know how Bill and Ben often escape from their pen and occasionally knock the farm house door🤦‍♂️ well we put Bella and Bonnie into a temporary home whilst we have been sorting their pen. Now look at Bella she’s already trying to escape she literally leaped onto this bar!!

Clever girl, what next for these escape artists.
