So our new topic starting tomorrow will be ‘Brain Fog’.

For those who don’t understand it’s a temporary slowing of the brain which can happen a lot with ADHD. Personally this can happen really frequent with me and can be a few times a day.

So I’ve got out of my crashing stage and been doing lots of fun jobs with my fam around the farm. Taken some great photos so thought I would share them with my lovely extended family. We had to make up a new temporary coop for the hens, sort some trees from storm and sort the goats out.

That first pic is missing Loki who was inside if only he was present with his spots would of made a perfect picture.

So what a lovely evening so far and my shoulder has got worse unfortunately. I do hope you have all had a lovely start to the weekend.

I’ve been thinkingy shoulder is definitely getting stiffer and worse. I think I need to get it checked by a professional. So I decided I best check the waiting times for accident and emergency for both of the hospitals nearby. So both have a current wait time of over 7 hours. I guess I will have to attempt to sleep on it and see how it is in the morning.

Back to me being hyper-focused, I was cleaning the coops out before heading to collect my son and I just got so overwhelmed just before leaving. I was later than planned to leave and was panicking I would miss collecting my son from school. I became so anxious. Luckily I was there with time to spare.

Anyone else get like this?

Hope it’s been a good week so far. I’m in good spirits as my son will be with us tomorrow at the farm so buzzing inside.

Happy Thursday all ❤️👍

Wednesday was another fall between 730am and 5pm I was so hyper-focused I forgot to eat and got to the loo however, I did drink. So another 1 out of 3. I suppose it’s an improvement from Monday.

New day and all that so let’s hope it’s a better day.
