We're here again with my favourite content 😍 - don't even know why but I bloody love creating these! Keep your eyes peeled too as will be moving more into the property and Air BnB feeds soooooon!

Feed plans don't just need to be "pretty", they need to have a variety of content that attracts your ideal customer and entices them in - they also need to have a bit of personality so I'm all for getting your staff involved with your content where possible and jumping on trending audios and videos for that added bit of fun!

Showcase your products, your story, your staff and showcase them in different ways!

Pin content to the top of your feed that you want your potential customers to see first. Remember - your instagram feed is bascially the shop window. Think "where we are" , "who we are", "FAQs" , "reviews" or "customer UGCs" - get that content to the top so people can see it immediately.

Organic social growth can be slow and that's NORMAL!

Social media is just a small snippet of a wider marketing strategy and it's difficult to spin all the plates at once - especially when you're not a marketing expert!

You don't need a huge marketing team behind you to succeed however you also don't need to worry about growing quickly on social media. It is the long game - it is not a quick fix!!

If you struggle to manage your socials due to lack of industry knowledge or lack of time, I can help, but like any other social media manager, I can't make miracles happen overnight! 🤣 I am an investment and I will be with you for the long game to ensure your socials succeed the way they should.

How did I double the reach of my client's Instagram account within 4 weeks? 🥳

1. We met and decided on both business and social media goals - we understood my client's pain points and her reasoning behind reaching out for social media management (time, effort, interest and knowledge).

2. I created a strategy to inform a content plan, hashtag bank and caption writing.

3. We got started! - I only create graphics and edit reels for this client and the rest of the content comes from staff as directed from the plan.

4. The results? We have increased both reach and engagement by a SIGNIFICANT amount, particularly for a childcare business.

What happens after the first month?

5. I then analyse data gathered from the social media platforms which helps to inform a strategy moving into the next month. I look at which content performs best, which audience we are hitting, and also look at the why?

6. We then get going for the next month with the hopes of doubling our reach and engagement again!

Now my client can sit back, not have to worry about posting content on time, creating graphics, thinking about caption writing or following up on trends as I am here to do it! She is now able to focus on the more important day-to-day running of her successful childcare business.

Here's a cute one I have done for a bakery - including staff highlights, food highlights, and trending reels.

Pinned posts on Instagram are so important because they are your digital shop front window—they greet visitors with a snapshot of your best offerings, ensuring they see what you want them to see first.

Here we have where the bakery is, about them, and highlighting their specials of the month/week/day. These pinned posts will help customers gain more information on your business and help drive engagement including link clicks to your website.

2. You need to use YOUR personality, YOUR tone of voice, YOU are your unique selling point. Think about Aldi - I am always hooked with their posts because of their tone of voice within their branding
3. Make it bloody easy to read!
4. Keywords, keywords, keywords...
5. Call to action (CTA) - make your audience do something.
