Follow your authentic voice. When an idea, thought or spark comes to you - just go with it. Don’t filter yourself while writing your first draft. Sometimes we talk ourselves out of finishing a song and trick our minds into thinking the original idea isn’t any good. Then we procrastinate. Get the negative thoughts out the way. Find your authentic voice. Trust your intuition.

Fifteen inspiring people from all walks of life and personal challenges are being catapulted from their day jobs into the music charts and releasing singles on the same day at the same time.

The inspiring group includes a former biker blinded by a drunk driver, a singer recovering from vocal paralysis, and a wife nursing her terminally ill partner.

With ages ranging up to 74, they have been together on the same incredible 7 week journey to discover exactly what it takes to be a professional recording artist today.
The course has been created and led by founder of The Songwriting Academy, Martin Sutton who is a multi-million selling hit songwriter and producer. Martin said:

“To be able to take 15 people with dreams of music success and help them make them come true has been an amazing, and emotional, experience for me and my team. Many of these people have overcome huge challenges, often putting others before themselves, so to witness their joy creating the songs of their lives with some of the best hitmakers in the world has been a privilege. Proud is too small a word to describe how I feel.”
