On June 9, ‘s debut album ‘Chroma’ will be released. It’s been an absolute treat working together with this trio in the last few months and releasing their music. Singles ‘Observes and Selects’ and ‘Stored In The Sky’ have already been shared with the world, and there might be another surprise coming your way very soon 👀

The album is absolutely stellar, ever since hearing the first few tracks we’ve been super excited about this release and can’t wait for you all to listen to it when it comes out.

Following a near half-decade hiatus, Bo Gritz sound maturer, slicker and more powerful than ever with comeback single ‘Observes and Selects’.

Clocking in at just over 2 minutes, 'Observes and Selects' chugs out noise with equal portions of captivation and fear - harbouring a deep-rooted love for sonic carnage and aural disruption. Recalling the likes of Gilla Band, Snapped Ankles, or The Horrors at their most industrial extremes, this single is a huge step up from their prior output, moving away from scuzzy guitar-based lo-fi now with the addition of electronic elements/samples in the mix and a production more muscular than ever heard from the trio before.

Speaking about the track, Guitarist/Vocalist Finn Holland explains: "The lyrics for the song emerged by using cut-up technique. I collected a large bank of words and sentences, collected from many different sources which were then butchered up. Gossip magazines, articles on a murder, manuals from a washing machine were merged and then used to form the lyrics for the song. ‘Observes and Selects’ (in my view) became something depicting a place confusing and claustrophobic. It’s a short, sharp reintroduction to Bo Gritz, and a taster of things to come.”

It's once again the time of year where GH shuts off and we do a whole load of nothing.

I’m so happy to say this has without a doubt been the most successful year since the label's inception and will be remembered as a staple as being the best so far! 2022 was filled ambition as we worked on the most releases ever in any single given year and met some big milestones, most notably releasing our first ever vinyl. It’s been immense to see our releases do so well with a huge of support from music press, playlists and radio too.

To be exact, GH released 8 singles, 2 EP's, 1 album, 2 vinyl records, 1 CD, 5 music videos, a live session, 3 t-shirt designs and sold out 3 release shows this year.

None of it could have been possible without the support of our fans and everyone involved in making things happen. As you may know, running a label in 2022 isn't easy. The label is ran around our day jobs and coupled with everything happening in the world right now, we heavily rely on fan support to help us do what we do and to be able to continue. We want to send a massive thank you to everyone that checked out us out this year; whether you came to a show, streamed a release, watched one of our Youtube videos, grabbed a t-shirt or vinyl or any other merch, downloaded something... the list can go on! Every little piece of support goes a very long way and it's been incredibly heartwarming to see more and more interest in the label and our bands over this year. We have a lot of awesome projects coming in the pipeline!

We're excited to finally unveil the first of three live session videos from For Breakfast! 🙌🙌 Starting with opener 'Nervous Boundaries', the live session was recorded during the winter of 2021 at Strongroom Studios in East London and forms part of a brand new upcoming live EP 'Trapped in The Strongroom'. This new live session reveals the band's varied sonic finger print on screen and in the flesh for the first time as they evince a joyous melting pot of musical exploration existing somewhere in the midst of psychedelic, jazz, post-rock and everything in between. Following the release of their recent sophomore EP in May, this live session features the septet performing their distinct genre-bending songs that appear on both EP's 'Trapped in The Big Room' and 'Songs in The Key of O', plus a never-before-heard bonus track to be shared very soon! A humungous thank you to the fantastic team for helping work on this project: Carlos Mas, Ephie De Angelis, Kristina Rhodes, Simon Thompson, Ben Leggett and Liam Rees. Enjoy!
