My mind was racing with anxiety... 😱

Every deadline felt like a mountain, and every task seemed impossible. The stress was overwhelming.

I struggled to find peace.

But over time, I found practical strategies that helped me manage it better.

Here are some of the best ones:

1. Set clear boundaries:
↳Make sure to separate work time from personal time. This helps in reducing the feeling of being overwhelmed. (Write a postit somewhere as a reminder to keep these boundaries).

2. Practice mindfulness:
↳Spend a few minutes each day focusing on your breath. This simple act can calm your mind and reduce stress. (I use Headspace, it's cool!)

3. Stay organized with Notion:
↳Use Notion to plan your day. Break tasks into smaller steps and track your progress. This makes big projects feel more manageable. (Try Personal Space: https://depepi.gumroad.com/l/personal-space-notion-template )

4. Take breaks:
↳Short breaks during work can refresh your mind. Step away from your desk, take a walk, or do something you enjoy. (Plan tea-breaks during the day... Or go to the supermarket to buy an onion. Yeah, I'm serious: forget to buy stuff so you can have the excuse to go and have a break!)

5. Connect with others:
↳Talking to friends or family about your stress can lighten your load. Sometimes, just sharing can make a big difference. (Be mindful though: don't overload the same person all the time!!!)

Implement these strategies and watch your stress levels decrease. Remember, managing anxiety is a journey, not a destination.
