If you’ve been following along this year, you’ll know the wonderful team at and whisked me away on a truly unforgettable trip to the Champagne region 🥂🍾

While COVID had taken hold by the time we arrived back in Edinburgh, the trip itself was magical.

Reims is a dream—like stepping into a picture postcard. And if a trip isn’t on the cards, a glass of LP at is the next best thing.

This Christmas Eve, I’d planned to relive the sparkle at with the family… but flu had other ideas, this time it was the youngest tucked up in bed 🥹

As we approach the season of peace and love—a time for reflection and care—we want to share that Danielle, a valued and creative part of the Hood team, will be stepping back for the next few months to focus on her health and well-being.

Our very own style doyenne has brought so much sparkle to our work this year. While we’ll miss her energy and contributions, this is her time to prioritise her health. The greatest gift we can give her this Christmas is the space and support she needs to focus on her recovery.

Nic and I already looking forward to the day she rejoins us, but for now, we’re sending her all our love and best wishes as she navigates the months ahead.

We know you’ll join us in celebrating her, not just for her contributions to Hood, but for the strong, brave and very stylish woman she is. ❤️ 💪

Somewhere By Nico Edinburgh will take customers down the yellow brick road from June 10th 2024 as part of an immersive theatrical experience with its inaugural menu theme inspired by the 1939 movie The Wizard of Oz. Guests arriving at the Queensferry Road location in Edinburgh's West End will be able to enjoy alcoholic and non-alcohol cocktails inspired by iconic characters including the Cowardly Lion, Scarecrow, Tin Man, and Wicked Witch of the West. .
