When I first started running Facebook ads, I didn’t have a big budget—just £5 a day. And that was a good thing. It forced me to focus on getting the strategy right, rather than relying on throwing money at the problem.

The truth is, no matter how much you spend, if the ad itself isn’t right—poor targeting, weak creative, unclear messaging—it’s not going to deliver. That’s why I always say: strategy first, spend second.
