The Moment Magazine Peterborough Putting Greater Peterborough Centre Stage. All Killer: No Filler - everything you've been missing!

The Moment wants our region to be the best it can be – to attract people as visitors, as workers and as students, to nurture skills and keep them right here – so that cycle of improvement can continue. The Moment is now widely recognised as Peterborough’s most credible publication. Imaginative, creative, independent and intelligent – The Moment showcases the region’s enterprising spirit at its bes

t. Championing the myriad communities, it proudly serves Greater Peterborough with inspiring case studies, expert advice and quality journalism written by knowledgeable and trusted writers. This ensures our writers can get to the nub of any issue, exploring the detail that other publications struggle to achieve. One of the reasons why The Moment is so unique, is that most publishers lack the stamina or personal commitment to drive forward a longer-term project built on more meaningful foundations. We are prepared to expend the extra effort involved in creating quality journalism that does justice to the community it serves, and which also contributes.

TOGETHER FOREVER?
It’s increasingly common for couples to choose to live together before getting married, or without ever marrying. However, it is important to understand that couples who cohabit without being married do not have the same legal rights as married couples if the relationship ends. Understanding this difference is crucial for resolving disputes or navigating the complexities of a breakup, as the experts from Hegarty explain... https://bit.ly/3W7zvuq

ANNA'S HOPE 18 YEARS ON
Anna’s Hope – the regional charity for children with brain tumours – was set up in 2006 by Rob and Carole Hughes to honour the memory of their daughter, Anna, who passed away from a brain tumour aged just three years and eight months.

We caught up with Rob and Carole to find out more about the many successes the charity has achieved, and what a fitting and poignant tribute to Anna it has become... https://bit.ly/3WB3uMS

PUTTING THE UNITY INTO THE COMMUNITY
Last issue, we talked to community hero Dave Poulton about Up The Garden Bath, a project creating miniature (and not-so-miniature!) nature havens around the city and beyond. But Dave, and partner Kez, have another string to their bow: the Unity Store in Queensgate Peterborough Shopping Centre, which aims to do for makers, small businesses and retail what Up the Garden Bath has done for nature.
We spoke to him, and three of his friends and colleagues, to find out more... https://bit.ly/4bXMghf
