In March 2024 we submitted “Trasna na Líne”, an English/ Irish language film to the Virgin Media Discovers 5 film competition. An ambitious, hilarious, clever and timely script about a Dublin gaelscoil, its students and teachers written by the ever-impressive and . We were fortunate enough to gain development and production funding through the scheme, making it into the final 4 of some incredible applicants. Now after almost 7 months of hard work, we enter production this week with a formidable cast and crew. Thank you so much to , and all the cast and crew that have believed in the script! Thank you also to our mentors d and Bláthnaid De Roiste for all your expertise and help, we appreciate your time and guidance! Not to mention our incredible production team of power-house women It is always underestimated and not often appreciated just how much work goes into every aspect of a production, out of hours and around the clock, trying to cover every detail! 🙏Congratulations to the rest of the winners we can’t wait to watch all of our films in the next year!
