That’s a wrap on 2025 🎬✨

What a fantastic year it’s been—travelling up and down the UK and in to Europe 🌍 delivering a wide range of physical and hybrid conference productions. From full AV and live streaming 🎥 to digital poster boards, medical broadcasts, and plenty of virtual events produced from our Devon studio 💻, it’s been a busy one!

We’re incredibly grateful to all our new and long-standing clients ❤️🙌 Some of you we’ve had the pleasure of working with for decades!

We’re now closed for Christmas and will be back in the office from 5th January.

We’ve just wrapped up another great week with our friends at the Society of British Neurosurgeons — our 25th (or so!) conference together. This year’s event took place at Ashton Gate Stadium in Bristol, and as always it was a pleasure to be part of it.

In the run-up, we worked closely with the organising team to get everything just right — from exhibition layouts and power requirements through to screen hire and set-up.

Over the years, our Talking Slides Catch Up Conference TV has grown into a hugely valuable educational resource for the SBNS community. During the event itself, sessions ran across multiple rooms, with rapid-fire abstract presentations and live streaming from the two main rooms — enabling an international audience to join in and take part in Q&A.

Another big shift in recent years has been moving away from traditional printed posters. Instead, our digital poster boards are now a central feature, giving maximum visibility to research throughout the expo.

A big thank you to the SBNS team for trusting us year after year. We’re proud to support such an important conference and look forward to the next one.

Conference season is in full swing! 🎤✨

The Talking Slides team has been on the road in Malta, Belfast, Bristol & London, supporting everything from hybrid & virtual conferences to multi-room international events. From digital posterboards and live streaming to full AV productions, we’ve loved bringing our clients’ events to life these past few weeks! 🙌

Last week our team headed to Glasgow to live stream a European annual conference 🎥✨

Using our Talking Slides MAX solution, we covered 4 rooms simultaneously – each with a 4-camera mix (lectern, top table, individual panelist close-ups + wide room shot). To enhance the experience, we also added our audience pick-up camera add-on across all streams, creating a more immersive view for online delegates. 🌍💻

The event brought together over 3,000 delegates in person and online, generating 3,500+ hours of viewing on the Talking Slides platform across 3 days. 🙌

Online delegates also joined the conversation through live Q&A via Sli.do, seamlessly connecting the physical and remote audiences. 💬✨

What a wonderful time we had last Friday. We organised a family day with all our staff, their partners, and their kids!

We started off wet with heavy rain, but eventually the sun broke through, and the rounders game began! We played for a couple of hours before heading across the park to our local taproom for beer and pizza.

Good fun was had by all!
