Working with MullenLowe for NHS’s multi-channel recruitment campaign, ‘We Are Life-Changing Careers’, Director @mollyburdett presents two real-life patient stories, spotlighting the wide variety of specialist nursing roles that were essential along their recovery journeys. This selection is taken from Ashton’s story, following a boy who needed to have his leg amputated due to bone cancer.
These raw, heartfelt accounts demonstrate the enormous impact nurses can have on others, and also include our patients’ personal footage; recorded by themselves or family members during their time in hospital.
The NHS and nursing staff mean so much to all of us, and so we’re proud of any small part we can play in attracting these saints in blue scrubs in order to continue supporting the truly life-saving service it does.
