Good to see Peter Gray's books for sale at Nairn Bookshop! Top shelf too, Drums of Drumnadrochit, the first book in the Avalon Crime / Detective series, based in the Scottish Highlands.

Alex McGlashen has begun work on another local history book. It has a working title of A Tale of Fishing, but that may change. The book will be a companion title to go with his other collection of stories called, A Tale of Crofting and will be in the same series as Barbara Jane Gray's, A Taste of Crofting.

I have been refurbishing the Drums of Drumnadrochit over the last month - mainly the cover to add the new book images on the rear.
It's odd looking back at a book that was published eight years ago and started ten years ago.
The new cover will be on the reprint once the current version is sold out.

Just prior to the launch of the second Bethran book, Storm Serpents, we are pleased to announce that Bethran - Seer of the Picts is having a reprint. The first edition has sold out and though little had changed in this new edition, there have been a few edits.
Storm Serpents will follow close on the heels of the first book.

I am pleased to announce that the second Bethran book, Storm Serpents, will be on sale early in March. It's a wee bit earlier than we thought, but things are moving quicker than expected. The third book has also been confirmed, but there is no date as it is still in the ideas stage. The working title is The Lair of the Artorix and there is a draft of a cover for the book in the works. I may release an image of this soon.
I should also have some more news soon on another project too.

The cover for Storm Serpents has had a little tidying up and here is the final version that will appear on the book.
The book is now finished and the manuscript is going through a final edit. I have no date for launch as yet but it will certainly be ready for the spring.
