Creative Lunch Club: Connecting Creatives Over Lunch

The is an innovative global community designed for graphic designers, photographers, artists, marketers, and professionals in creative industries. The concept is simple yet powerful: members are matched with two other creatives once a month, setting up a time and place to share a meal and engage in meaningful conversations.

What started as a local initiative in Vienna has rapidly expanded worldwide. In just over a year, the Creative Lunch Club has attracted more than 10,000 membersacross 150 cities in Europe, North America, Australia and Asia. The community includes not only graphic designers and marketers but also architects, musicians, fashion designers, filmmakers, and various other artists.

Cities known for their vibrant creative scenes, such as London, Berlin, Paris, and Barcelona, have seen a strong presence of members. At the same time, the initiative has also gained traction in smaller cities like Antwerp and Geneva. The Creative Lunch Club has made a significant impact in major U.S. cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, Washington, D.C., and San Francisco, while also growing in Canadian hubs like Montreal and Toronto. The Australian creative community has also embraced the initiative, with active groups in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. At the beginning of this year with Tokyo and Seoul the first two Asian cities were launched.

The city of Genk has long been a hub of cultural diversity and artistic expression. To further encourage the rediscovery and re-experience of its various districts, the City of Genk launched the initiative “Genk op Gang.” This initiative is centered around a distinctive green line that winds through different neighborhoods, serving as a guide to various storyboards, cultural initiatives, and art projects along the way.

To bring this unique project to life with a fitting identity, the City of Genk entrusted the branding and design studio, Studio-tic. With a deep appreciation for form, typography, and language, conceptualized a design that embodies the essence of movement and materiality.

Common Goal, a global movement dedicated to harnessing the power of football for social change, recently embarked on a transformative rebrand in collaboration with the independent creative agency . More than just a visual update, this rebrand signifies a broader strategic evolution, marking a new chapter in the organization’s three-decade-long commitment to ‘football for good.’

The origins of trace back to 1994, following the tragic assassination of Colombian footballer Andrés Escobar. In response, the initiative streetfootballworld was born, establishing a network of football-based community organizations aimed at fostering positive social change. Over the years, this network expanded significantly, now comprising over 200 organizations across 100 countries.

With the launch of Common Goal in 2017, streetfootballworld and Common Goal merged, united by the shared ambition of creating an equitable playing field for all. This evolution required a new brand identity—one that could encapsulate both the initiative’s legacy and its future aspirations.

Flower Block is the console designed by .ricci for “Made entirely of fluted plexiglass, it creates a dynamic effect and distorts the image of whatever is placed inside.
Custom-built together with to accommodate all the DJ’s equipment, it consists of two elements: a horizontal block and a vertical column.

The blocks start empty but are in constant evolution, transforming to host real floral compositions or other elements inside.

The project came to life naturally, shaped by the collaboration of an incredible team.
The colors of the flowers, inspired by the aesthetics of gospel stages, are in harmony with the outfits designed by , creating a visual dialogue between design and fashion.

 Premium confectionery packaging enhances the overall experience, and “Hana” chocolate exemplifies this through its fusion of visual storytelling and fine design. Created by graphic and brand designer Leila Suleman, Hana’s packaging blends contemporary aesthetics with traditional Japanese artistry.

The design showcases three distinct Japanese fruits—Hakuto (white peach), Akebi (purple fruit), and Satonishiki (cherry). These flavors inspire both the chocolates and the striking visuals. The packaging integrates modern minimalism with traditional Japanese motifs, creating an elegant and eye-catching presentation.
