WE ARE BACK! It’s been a few months since I’ve uploaded! For those of you that don’t know I have moved across the pond to the United States and have been settling in and waiting on all my equipments but I am back and ready to pump out some great content!

For my first episode back I was joined by owner and coach Rising Tide Academy, Mike Stewart. Jujitsu has helped me transition into my new home by giving me a place to go 3 or 4 times a week and train with like minded people and Mike and his trainers have been a huge part of that.

So this is the day I just went over 1000 downloads in August which is the first month iI have got over 1000 in a single month which for a tiny little set up like mine, recording out my room is absolutely amazing. Hi Folks! I thought I would try using Patreon to try and grow the podcast and upgrade my equipment so I can bring my listeners higher quality podcasts. I have uploaded a wee video to the Patreon explaining it all but for anyone not familiar with the platform it is basically somewhere that you can support creates by donating money and receive a few added benefits.
