Today the Crime and Policing Bill is back in Parliament for its second reading. This Bill is incredibly important to women in England Wales, with the potential for an MP to introduce an amendment to remove criminal sanctions associated with abortion.

Decriminalising abortion would ensure women can access healthcare safely, confidentially and without judgement, and importantly also allow healthcare professionals to do their jobs.

Abortion is an essential form of healthcare and should be subject to regulatory and professional standards like other medical procedures, not criminal sanctions – and by passing an amendment to decriminalise we will be ensuring women and girls in England and Wales have the same protections as their counterparts in countries such as Northern Ireland, France, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

We will be watching today’s debate closely and encourage MPs to speak in support of an amendment to be laid to decriminalise abortion.

Polling shows that the public does not believe women should be prosecuted in relation to ending their own pregnancy, and this Bill presents a timely opportunity to bring our legislation in line with the view of the public and of MP’s constituents.

It’s great to see the above recommendation and happy ending, but sadly it’s rare to hear of IVF Clinics with over 80 percent success rates like this one.
We first heard about the in the UK, after interviewing Louise Warneford who suffered an astonishing 18 miscarriages before finally having success with Professor Shehata.
It took only one attempt with his protocol for her to have her beautiful baby boy.

Although there’s been no official response as to why the 35 year old star of the hit Netflix series ‘Emily In Paris’, has used a surrogate to have a baby, a clue comes in her 2017 memoir ‘Unfiltered: No Shame, No Regrets, Just Me’,

Lily – the daughter of musician Phil Collins – candidly described how an eating disorder had a devastating effect on her reproductive system. She revealed she used to eat ‘every type of junk food possible’ and then force herself to vomit. She said it stopped her menstrual cycle adding: ‘I was terrified I had ruined my chances of having kids.’

Life happens when you choose to quit IVF says our reporter Emma Kemsley.

She’s feeling rejuvenated after moving to the Costa Brava, and spending her first Christmas in her new home.

In her latest blog she wonders if she would be feeling so positive had her worked?

No if her answer as she’d likely be in the UK and knackered from a busy back to school routine.

She and her husband James and cute dog Fletcher, made the brave decision to quit IVF in April 2022. They got off the fertility merry-go-round and regained their freedom, sanity and finances.
In 2023, after several European research road they found their dream renovation project and relocated to Spain.

They haven’t looked back since.

For us this picture sums up the magic of Christmas and how hard work, dedication and love can make your dreams come true.
Jessica Peacock struggled for years with infertility and after 9 rounds of finally had her dream baby the gorgeous Oliver thanks to the recurrent miscarriage specialist clinic
This will be her first Christmas with him. What a delight for her and her husband Ian and beautiful step children.

“I’m sorry, there’s nothing we can do to help your baby.” Those were the words I heard after a long ultrasound, peak pandemic, before being placed in a white room, alone, in an eerily quiet hospital. Losing a baby is hard in any circumstance, but when faced with the decision of termination for medical reasons (TFMR), suddenly it becomes an uncomprehensive emotional turmoil.

This is the decision I had to make after six cycles of IVF. It’s a heartbreaking choice for any expectant parent, but the weight of IVF made it even harder. I chose to end our baby’s life knowing I’d never be pregnant again. For me, there would never be another chance of conceiving. However, I put our child’s health and wellbeing before mine, and I’ve never regretted my decision.
