Some things I learnt over the last year that might help someone going through a hard time right now.

*It seems hard now but everything is only temporary.
*Sometimes it gets harder before it gets better
*Not everyone that gives you advice wants what's best for you
*Social media is toxic so don't take it too seriously
*Change is possible don't be limited by other people's limiting beliefs
*Stop explaining yourself to people that are either committed to misunderstanding you or are Incapable of seeing another perception
*Opinions are like as****es everyone has one and they're all different
*No matter how bad it gets those who love you will be there to see the changes
*It's a tediously slow process but worth it in the end
*Everyday feels no different till you look back 12 months
*Healing isn't linear, you can be improving and out of nowhere have a really sh*tty day
*Find the small things in life that bring you joy
*Telling yourself 'I can't do this anymore' is not a failure but the start of change
*If you don't know what to do right now, do nothing and observe the answers will come
*Regulate your nervous system your been in fight or flight mode for too long
*If it comes let it, if it goes let it
*Peace isn't expensive being around the wrong people is
* Once you feel content everyone will think something is wrong 🤣
*Forgive and forget but when you're ready, you can't force anything you don't align with

Finally, you're not alone, it's easy to feel alone when you're fighting to survive but there are others that see you. 🫶
