As we enter 2025, I'm not making resolutions, but I am reflecting. I will be dry Januarying, after today, the 32nd of December 🤣...... but other than that, I'll just continue as I am. Many people comment on my calm persona, and i don't know whether that's just me, or whether my Budo journey has impacted on that. Having visited Japan on 4 occasions in the last 14 years or so, to train alongside grandmasters, to experience things from a different perspective, this has an impact. My advice to anyone would be to travel, to open your mind to other ideas, to experience as much as you can ...... and it's never too late to start. In the words of my teacher's teacher........ 'The way to experience ultimate happiness is to let go of all worries and regrets, and to know that being happy is the most satisfying of life's feelings. Reflect back on all the progress in your life and allow the positive, creative and joyous thoughts to outshine and overwhelm any sorrow or grief that may linger in the recesses of your mind. Knowing that disease and disaster are natural parts of life is the key to overcoming adversity with a calm and happy spirit. Happiness is waiting there in front of you. Only you can decide whether or not you choose to experience it. Take this to heart.' Interpret this as you will. Some of us are affected by things that impact on our ability to experience happiness. Ultimately, we decide how things affect us. Some things take time......some take a long time, but happiness can be found in the end. ... choose patience, choose love, choose happiness ❤️

The dynamic duo of Mishell Ivon and renowned producer Vincent Kwok are back with their latest release, “Shining Star” – a vibrant, uplifting track that rekindles the nostalgic magic of the 80s.

This new single showcases their unique fusion of retro vibes with modern production, taking listeners on a journey back in time while keeping them grounded in the present.
