Stephen Hands, founder of Swift Motors, has died following a crash near Peel on Tuesday morning. Mr Hands was 61. At 10:35am on Tuesday, an RTC occurred at the junction of Glenn Mooar Road and the Poortown Road, Peel involving a white Transit Connect van and a motorcycle. The Police said:
