About Me - Zoe

I have been supporting businesses to grow through digital marketing since 2018, with huge success & within short periods of time. Prior to this I had held a ICT System Access Security role within the NHS for over 10 years. This role had led me to form a strong interest in learning & researching the analytics of how & what makes platforms function. In 2018 I set up an account called Meals for Mini Mouths, I have a personal passion for cooking and creating recipes so during maternity leave with my 2nd son I decided to begin sharing my recipes via social media, for other busy parents to use. I very quickly developed an interest for researching social media algorithms and the many ways in which you can grow a social media platform organically. With some trial and error attempts, this lead me to an increased awareness of my account within a very short timeframe. I was recognised by a very small brand, BiBADO, who at the time had been struggling for 5 years to break into the Baby Weaning Market. Originally, they approached me as an influencer, wanting to offer them support, I agreed to promote their products via my platform. Within the space of 2 weeks I had successfully sold more of their products, then they themselves usually sold within a whole month. From there I began working for them full time, as their social media specialist. I the space of 16 months I helped grow their Brand from a largely unknown Small British business, to a Global success. Seeing their turnover go from 5 to over 7 figures and their team grow from 2 - 11. I implemented a Global Influencer Programme, training Influencers to successfully promote products & build brand awareness/customer bases for BiBADO, in a variety of Countries. I developed digital marketing & content for 5 New Product Launches & 6 Hugely Successful Promotional Campaigns. I was responsible for the creation of regular customer newsletters, promotional emails. Whilst ensuring there was daily content created and shared across 5 social media channels and their website, in order to maximise reach to their target market & generate increased revenue. In October 2020 I left BiBADO, to persue Here We Grow. Having seen the closure of the high street during the Global Pandemic. I saw this lead to so many businesses I loved having to close their doors, with no other means of generating income. I knew I could help, sharing my knowledge/skills with other businesses, in order for them to reach a digital audience and ultimately generate revenue. I trailed my training support for 6 months prior to leaving BiBADO, with 2 businesses close to my heart, both of which saw increased growth during that time. Since October 2020 I have provided training to over 30 businesses, both small & large, all of which have achieved brand awareness, increased reach & digital success. Including offering support and creating the launch plans of 3 new businesses, with a 100% success rate.
