£175! 🤩

Absolutely chuffed to bits to announce that this wonderful duo, Thomas and mum Sharon, helped raise at least £175 today for Support Wolfwood Animal Rescue (Lancaster) in the Santa Paws photo booth.

This was so well supported so a MASSIVE thanks to everyone who came.

THIS Saturday we are having a very special young guest photographer to come and take photos of your doggies in our festive vestibule area.
Thomas has a great quality set up and is really keen to come and help raise money for Wolfwood.
The photos will then be shared online and you can order a top quality version without the watermark for a small donation of only £5 cash, which we think is an absolute bargain to get the chance to have a professional quality picture of your furry family.
Please ensure that whoever you bring is super comfy with any props you plan to use, as we want their best smiles only ;)
If you would like a photo, please queue outside and someone will come and get you.

During half term I enjoyed two days in Penrith with Cumbria Music Education Hub on their Share Sound creative project. I have also joined a More Music project on how to get the most out of mixing your live instrument with your electronics.

As a member of the South Lakes Rock School Student Council, I've had some training at CandoFM on producing radio shows, and our first show will be aired 9-10am tomorrow! 😁

I've been really busy. As well as my weekly guitar lessons at school and South Lakes Rock School, and my twice-a-week music production lessons with Beat Drop, I am really enjoying my music production and DJing course at CandoFM's base with Horizon Studios.

And finally, last week I received my Grade 2 Guitar certificate from Trinity College London! Thanks to Lesley, Lloyd and Ben.

This week:
I started a 12 week Music Production and DJing course through Horizon Studios NW and CandoFM .
I had my two regular guitar lessons, one at school and one with South Lakes Rock School.
I had another Rock School Student Council meeting via Zoom, focused on a potential collab with CandoFM.
I went to a Hymns For Robots session at More Music on Saturday evening. It featured the amazing Cam Harris, The Steve Varden Cloud-Looping Commusication Experience, which was awesome, and mega-talented, slightly bizarre Paddy Steer (pictured below). I met the lovely Dots o o there too!
And finally, I had my two regular lessons with Beat Drop and learnt about mid tempo beats.

Hi and thank you for your support!
This week:
I attended my twice-a-week Beat Drop Jungle+ classes and learned about Creative Audio Effects in Ableton.
I had a guitar lesson at school, and another one at South Lakes Rock School where I'm working towards my Grade 3 in electric guitar.
I am on the Rock School Student Council, and we had a meeting this week via Zoom.
I also had an introductory session via Zoom with Cumbria Music Education Hub as I am participating in their Share Sound Project.
