In celebration of a revered sports team, we are looking forward to returning to the water for a dramatic water screen projection stunt!

Always an exhilarating undertaking, water screen projections require state-of-the-art technology and precision design to result in the most impressive, visually stunning spectacle.

Here at Slick, we have worked on water screen projections across the globe, bringing to life a giant Tim Henman for adidas on the Thames, a vibrant unveiling of the Brasil Olympics handover and the launch of Sony Pictures’ 2012 film at Cannes Film Festival.

We can’t wait to bring you more!

Along with our adventures further afield, we are excited to be putting together ideas for a project a little closer to home, for an upcoming event in Dublin! We love working with new clients and are looking forward to exploring this iconic city’s offerings, to create a fun-filled and sociable event that makes the most of this characterful city.

As we approach our 25th year working together, we are excited to continue our relationship with Pico, through an upcoming joint venture in Eastern Asia. Having worked closely with Pico on a multitude of live events across Asia and the Middle East, we can’t wait to get going on our next project!

An exciting project is brewing on the horizon! Taking us overseas to the vibrant city of Seoul in South Korea, here at Slick the ideas are rolling for the design and production of an upcoming prestigious live event. We are working closely with our trusted team of experts in the local area, plus delighted to be reconnecting with talent in nearby Hong Kong! More updates to follow soon!

We were thrilled to start the year with a new project for Lenovo, to assist in the production of their stand at this year’s Bett 2024, held at ExCeL. Madrid-based Quatro Cento designed the stand and then enlisted Slick to produce and manage the technical elements of the production. This included the coordination and management of all internal services within ExCeL, storage, forklifting, power, truss lighting rig, audio, playback screens and on-the-day running of the stand. The stand was the largest at the show and the most impactful, reflected in the positive words received from our client. As a result we have been asked to prepare to work together again next year for the company’s double decker stand!

After a brief hiatus due to the pandemic lockdowns, we were delighted for the return of the Asian Football Confederation’s Annual Awards show. Having produced the show for many years, we were honoured to again be appointed with producing the show, this year in collaboration with TBA Doha and Event Live.

This year the event was held in iconic Doha at the Qatar National Convention Centre, with this dramatic location providing the perfect backdrop to what would be a fantastic celebratory evening.
The teams at Slick, TBA Doha and Event Live designed, built and supplied all elements of this spectacular set, including stage set featuring LED floor screens, motorised LED back screens and a futuristic trophy reveal mechanism. Our teams then brought the show to life with dramatic visual content, lighting, audio and projections.

The show was presented by John D***s and Seema Jaswal, who expertly hosted the event that was live streamed to many millions.

After months of preparation with meticulous planning we were thrilled to receive delighted feedback from our client.

We are thrilled to be heading to the Middle East for the return of a prestigious live ceremony this October! The event will feature a multitude of live dramatic performances as well as a formal presentation of awards. Stay tuned for further updates on this exciting project!

We hope you’re all enjoying the first signs of Summer! Here at Slick we are busy working on new endeavours expanding our work into film and TV. We are also super excited to be working back with our partners Pico, on a final submission for a large live event this Autumn!

We love to support our local community and were privileged to be asked to install a brand-new LED low power consumption lighting rig for the Edenbridge Community Hall.

The hall hosts multiple amateur dramatic performances throughout the year and our client was delighted with the final outcome and enhancement to performances!

We were delighted to deliver a very special event for the Senior Partners of our long-term international legal client this weekend. The hybrid event combined a beautiful live venue with international participants joining through our virtual facilities.

However, despite our beautiful location at Oakley Court in Windsor, the event got off to an unexpected start when a power-cut launched the venue into darkness! Our onsite participants therefore began the event in the Oak Room, atmospherically transformed with candlelight!

Thankfully our team had the necessary back-up support required and the event was a great success!

We are looking forward to returning to work with our long-term international legal client on a hybrid event, combining a beautiful live venue with international participants through our virtual facilities.

This project is to be held at the incredible Oakley Court in Windsor, set in the grounds of 35 acres of countryside on the banks of the River Thames.

The team are well underway preparing for an International Virtual Conference for one of our longterm Global clients.

Around 1000 participants will be joining from across all regions, with state-of-the-art technology allowing live and pre-recorded sessions to come to life in an immersive virtual environment.

Working with our technical partner Procreation, we are designing and producing a fully bespoke interactive platform, that will allow participants to connect with one another, access a vast media library and engage in live sessions and activities, from all corners of the globe.
