Our author specialising in immigration work, Andrew Nyamayaro of Tann Law, has reviewed our Immigration guide and provided several enhancements which have been incorporated into our Immigration guide, including:
• two new enclosures, one about writing an immigration support letter and one about what to expect at an asylum substantive interview;
• two new migrant information questionnaires, one for clients making a visa application and one for those needing a replacement biometric residence permit; and
• three new letters to clients, including one to sponsor clients offering additional services to support them during their licence period.

We hope that the new documents will assist immigration lawyers in ensuring that their practice is efficient and help them to enjoy practice more. We welcome comments and suggestions in this area of law.
