🤝FOSS meeting🤝
We have out next FOSS meeting at 7pm on Tuesday 4th February in the Seven Stars. Everyone welcome. We will be discussing the events planned for the rest of the school year. Come along and find out what we are about!

Drum roll please 🥁🥁🥁🥁
The Christmas Fayre raised an amazing £910.29!
Thank you so much to everyone who came along to support. A huge thank you to my volunteers for the day - Libby, Jo, Alex, Jeanette, Meg, Mary, Wenna, Claire, Laura and Fiona, plus the very helpful Y6's and TA's who helped man the stalls.
Top fundraiser was the teddy tombola and the best class fundraiser was Kynance!
Have wonderful Christmas and New Year, school returns on Monday 6th January.

Wow what an amazing Christmas Fayre! 🎅
I am so incredibly grateful for all of the volunteer support today but I just need to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to Libby, Alex and Martine who have been amazing at helping me organise everything. They have spent days labeling teddies, ticketing jars and being super helpful. Martine also took the time to source and gift wrap dairy free treats for santa to give out this morning when he visited school. It people like you who really make a difference. Thank you very much 😍

Thank you so much to everyone who has brought in jars (some beautifully displayed!) and donations for the Christmas Fayre which is next Weds 18th Dec at 2pm.

We have lots of jars now and sweet treats but we would still like some more teddies/soft toys please and cake donations (to be brought in on the day) 🧸🎂🍰🧁

I'm also really desperate for volunteers for this event, I know I ask alot but FOSS can't make these events happen without volunteer support. If you can help for any amount of time between 1.30 and 3.30 then please let me know! Or maybe a granny/grandad, uncle or aunt?!

This morning FOSS ran the cafe at the big Christmas produce market in the hall ☕️🍞🎅
We made an amazing £121.30 profit which is just amazing, we even ran out of bacon so had to make a quick dash to spar! Thank you everyone who came out and supported us. All proceeds will go towards funding fun activities for the children at Stithians School.

It wouldn't have been possible without my amazing team of volunteers - Libby, Loken, Irwyn and Martine and of course not forgetting Rachel for making a return to FOSS for the morning and cooking all our bacon! I'm so grateful for your support - Thank you! 🌟

FOSS are running the cafe tomorrow between 9.30 and 12.30 at the Stithians Produce Market, bacon rolls, toasted teacakes, hot drinks, mince pies plus more. All proceeds to FOSS 🎅🎄☕️🍞

Evening all!
Thank you to those who have been donating goodies to the school office for the Christmas Fayre, we would love some more donations if you can please!

🧸Soft toys/teddies in good, clean condition

🍫 Chocolate/Sweets any size or brand!

🫙 Filled jars for our 'Jars of joy' stall.

🧁 Cakes/Cupcakes (to be brought in on the day of the Fayre)

Jars have started to trickle in, thank you so much to those who have started filling them! They can be filled with anything you like! Please drop donations into the office or pass them to me. The office also have a stock of jars if anyone needs one :)

Xmas4schools order's are now live! Texts and e-mails with the links to order should be with you over the next day or two if you haven't already received them. For each order placed school receives £1. Thank you for your support 🥰🎄🎅

FOSS Christmas Fayre donations 🎅🎄

The Christmas Fayre is taking place on Weds 18th December in the school hall. We are looking for the following donations if you can help please and are asking each child to 'fill a jar' or two for us to sell at the Fayre. Please see poster for full details🫙🍬

Donations can be dropped into the school office, we have jars available if needed. Please come and find me in the playground if you have any questions :)

Thank you to everyone who has returned their artwork for Xmas4schools already! Tomorrow morning is the cut off for all forms to be returned please as I will be posting the artwork off to meet the deadline :) we have had a great response yet again so thank you so much. There is no obligation to order by filling in and returning the form it just gives you the opportunity to order of you wish once the company receives it.
I will keep you all updated with the total raised!

A huge thank you to The Funky Thing Disco for a fabulous evening this week. Both disco's were throughly enjoyed by the children! 🎃🧙‍♀️
Thank you to my trusty team of volunteers - Irwyn, Libby, Wenna, Stacey, Meg and Alex plus all the brilliant teachers and TA's who dressed up and gave up their evening to make sure the children had a great time! We made a profit of £156 and it was our busiest disco to date!

Two FOSS announcements for this week!
Halloween Disco is THIS Weds! See poster for full details - if possible please send your child with a reusable drinks bottle for their squash so it's easier for them to identify which drink is theirs! 🎃👻

Xmas4schools artwork should have started to come home. Please can the form on the reverse be filled in and the artwork returned to school before we break up for half-term at the end of the week! 🎅

It's that time of year again! 🎃🦇
Save the date for our annual Halloween Disco with The Funky Thing Disco 🥳
Open to all current pupils at Stithians C P School, £2.50 entry per child which includes a freddo 🐸 (or dairy free alternative), unlimited squash! 🥤and lots of fun! Fancy dress encouraged and please bring a refillable drinks bottle if you can 🥳
I'm still looking for parents/carers to come along and serve squash/take payments and clear up at the end. If anyone can help (especially with the earlier disco) then please let me know!
