Flood/Life Update
My home is still uninhabitable.
It's meant that I have been unable to do any work, or make any kind of plans.
Rhondda Cynon Taf Council just kept brushing me off, and my local MP & MS have been zero help.
This week, RCT Council have actually decided to email my letting agent and tell me I need to contact public health. This is 2 months after I first contacted them. Why has it taken 2 months to get this support?
I feel so let down by everyone who says they support people in my situation, because all they've done is fob me off.
Buffy Williams Rhondda MS is just totally ignoring my emails. Apparently she doesn't see the need to even respond. She's also limited comments on her posts as well as blocks people she didn't want to engage with, and has deleted all my comments about the matter. Welsh Labour and Welsh Parliament will both be getting complaints as this person is clearly not up to the job she'd being paid for. It's absolutely disgusting.
Last night, someone from Chris Bryant MP office said that the money from the GoFundMe set up in November by Chris & Buffy is being given to the council to distribute, however there's been no mention of this by the council, who I spoke with on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday last week, or by Chris' office who I emailed the other week.
They can't even get their stories straight at this point.
I'm unable to access healthcare as I am staying in England, and the rules are different. I'm unable to get my ADHD medication sent to me because it's a controlled substance. If I change doctors that's me straight to the bottom of various waiting lists I've been on for over a year too,.then moving back, to the bottom again.
I truly have been left high and dry. Pun intended.
I'm trying to sort out a workspace so I can actually get moving again with my business, so fingers crossed that happens soon. At least I'd have that little escape.
Hopefully something good happens soon.
I'm not gonna lie guys, I'm hanging on by a thread.
Started the day with a cup of Spiced Pear and Plum Tea from Leaf and Petal and now we're in the workroom making a crazy idea a reality!

I was getting some hate yesterday on the good ol' interwebs, and I'll be very honest, the lack of creativity was astounding.
I feel it is my duty to help these poor souls, and will be providing constructive criticism and feedback on their efforts.
I'm not gonna lie, they've given me months worth of content. And whilst they were looking at my Instagram page, it really boosted my reach, so I appreciate that, I'd like to give something back.
But really, if the kind of sh*tty behaviour we see on the internet isn't called out, people Will just continue to do it.
Do I think my fun little project will make a difference? Probably not, but it amuses me, and I really hope it gives you a bit of a giggle too 😉

I may or may not have set an alarm for this drop last Friday on the @runandflyengland website. These @sugarandsloth dungarees are AWESOME BALLS!!!
These, along with my very faint COVID test result this morning have made my Tuesday!!!!
This is my 3rd pair of Run & Fly dungarees, along with a dunga-dress & I love them all!!! Unlike another brand I've had, they wear really well and don't shrink!!!
