Congratulations to Liverpool on winning the title, well deserved while infuriating many Woolwich Wonderers fans across the world.

On to Thursday now & we need to get behind the team more than ever.

Major meltdown is obviously incoming as it always has this season when we don't win but we have other priorities & that's clearly obvious.

We go in at half time 3-1 down.

Taking an early lead thanks to Dominic Solanke before Liverpool charged back into a 3-1 lead.

Seen enough, take off the key players now as the last thing we need is injuries.

Mathys Tel maybe should of had a penalty & was hobbling after the challenge from Konate but seemed to run it off.

Various outlets today claiming that Diego Simeone & Cristian Romero have already held talks over the phone with the Tottenham player excited at the chance to join the Spanish club 🇪🇸

Bit of a liberty if this is all going on while the player still has the season to focus on but wouldn't surprise me at all if it is true.

Not much to play for so it's just about keeping fit & keeping the players match ready until we play the Europa League games.

For Liverpool on the other hand they can win title with just a draw.

The gaffer has spoken... Despite the treatment he's recieved from sections of the fanbase, rightly or wrongly, he still does everything to protect the club while speaking out against the agenda.

Ange Postecoglou :

"I think there is this narrative of trying to set this club up for some sort of fall, consistently," he said. "And there is no allowance for any kind of building of foundations for something a bit different than before.

"The one thing you do know is you know what doesn't work here. Yes, I'm trying to do things very, very differently. It hasn't all worked out, for sure. Some of it has gone disastrously wrong, I accept that. But I said from the start (that) we need to chart a different course if we are ever going to break the cycle that this club has been in.

"Bizarrely, we're still in that position where we can do that. I've never taken it personally, I've never taken it as against me, even if it was against me.

"But I think there is a kind of narrative around that this club has been on some sort of downward spiral again or going down the same rabbit hole it has in the past."

I don't think any Tottenham fan can disagree with this as it's been happening for years & he's spot on.

Manchester United are trying to hijack Tottenham deal for Johnny Cardoso.

Tottenham have the option to buy the player in the summer but united are trying to scupper the deal & recently sent scouts out to Spain to keep tabs 🇪🇸

Again not something I like to post especially as it isn't really fair on Ange Postecoglou right now but just showing what's being reported.

Rodrigo Bentancur & Cristian Romero are both players wanted by Diego Simeone.

As hard as it is to say, both players would fit perfectly into that Athletico Madrid system & it would be gutting to lose both players.

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in signing Ola Aina from Nottingham Forest who has been one of the stand out players for forest this season.

This news comes after yesterday's rumours surrounding Pedro Porro & that the club are willing to listen to offers for the defender.

I know many have had their opinion change on Porro since his comments about leaving Spurs for Madrid one day, but I really don't think we should be letting him go this summer.

Scott Parker has been linked also if Ange Postecoglou was to walk at the end of the season.

Claims there are figures at Spurs who are impressed by the managers achievements & could be a candidate should Ange Postecoglou part ways with the club.

In my opinion, all this noise is just BS and will be doing us no favours with a very important period of the season remaining.
