Kelly Munro Jewellery - Kelly grew up in Wick, a small town on the north east coast of Scotland. She went to Edinburgh College of Art to study Jewellery and Silversmithing where she graduated with a first class honours degree. Kelly is heavily inspired by Wicks historic fishing industry, harbours and more recently has taken to painting the striking Caithness landscape. After living between Edinburgh and Glasgow for the past ten years, she has relocated back to Caithness where she has now set up her new workshop. Kelly is really enjoying settling back into the Caithness way of life, long walks soaking in the vast Caithness skies.

No Nonsense Nutrition - For years women have been told they are too big, too muscled, too strong or too thin. Well, that's all changing.

The only thing Women should, in my opinion, be focused on is feeling well, happy and being as healthy as possible without trudging through life eating cos lettuce, cucumber & tomatoes (the devils salad as our family call it) & sneaking cake from the fridge in secret. Come on, we've all done the 1am raid...

I've been a career chef/baker/author for over 12 years. Spending many of those years training in Nutrition & Food Science. My approach is what's known as Evidence Based, meaning that any advice I give out, is safe & reliable. No cabbage soup diets here thank heavens.

Yes folks, it is now 1 week to go to the first North Coast Wedding Fayre of 2025.

I'm sure you have seen all the exhibitor shoutouts so far, but keep an eye on the page for more to come this week.

And make sure to make your way to the Assembly Rooms in Wick next Sunday 19th of January to see some of the North's finest wedding service suppliers, as well as helping to raise funds for The Edge competition team and Sea Cadets Thurso.
